Director of Operations
Credentials: Certified Transportation & Logistics Professional (CTL); 15+ years in luxury resort management.
Bio: A native of Gianyar, Wayan possesses an innate understanding of Balinese logistics and hospitality. Before joining our team, he spent over a decade managing transport and guest services at the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, where he was renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to solve complex logistical challenges with grace. At Bali Limousine Service, Wayan oversees the entire fleet, chauffeur training programs, and daily dispatch, ensuring every journey is executed with flawless precision and safety.
Dewi Lestari
Head of Client Relations
Credentials: Member of Les Clefs d’Or Indonesia; Certified Guest Service Professional (AHLEI).
Bio: Dewi is the voice and heart of our client experience. As a former Chef Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton, Mandapa, she is a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or, the international society of elite hotel concierges. Her network and deep knowledge of Bali’s exclusive offerings are unparalleled. Dewi and her team are the primary point of contact for our HNW clients, curating bespoke travel arrangements, managing complex itineraries, and anticipating needs before they arise. Her ethos is simple: no request is too large or too small.
Agus Setiawan
Lead Chauffeur & Head of Training
Credentials: Certified, Advanced Defensive Driving (Indonesian Safety Driving Centre); VIP Protection Driving Certification.
Bio: Agus sets the standard for all our chauffeurs. With over 20 years of experience, including roles as a private chauffeur for diplomats and corporate executives, he is a master of his craft. Agus is not only an exceptionally skilled and safe driver but also a natural mentor. He leads our rigorous training program, which covers everything from advanced evasive driving maneuvers and vehicle maintenance to client etiquette, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining absolute discretion. Sustainability & Community Engagement Coordinator
Credentials: M.Sc. in Sustainable Tourism, Gadjah Mada University.
Bio: Anisa drives our commitment to responsible tourism. With a background working with environmental NGOs like WWF Indonesia, she develops and implements our key sustainability initiatives. Her work includes managing our carbon offset program with the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve, overseeing our plastic-free vehicle policy, and building partnerships with local community projects.
